Membership Agreement

 1. Parties
1.a) This Membership Agreement is concluded between “Mally Pet” and the “Member,” and it sets forth the terms under which the member can benefit from the services offered on the website www.mallypet.net, owned and operated by Mally Pet.

1.b) Mally Pet and the Member shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”

2. Subject of the Membership Agreement
2.a) This Agreement defines the general terms of use, rules, membership benefits, and legal responsibilities related to the use of the website www.mallypet.net.

2.b) Under this Agreement, the Member wishes to register on the e-commerce platform www.mallypet.com operated by malistore.com and to purchase the products and services offered through the online store on the platform.

2.c) To establish the contractual relationship between the Parties, the Member must enter the required information on www.mallypet.net, choose a password, and give the necessary consents and approvals. If any membership information is incomplete, the Member may contact mallypet.net customer service or update their information through the website. Otherwise, mallypet.net shall not be held liable, and the Member accepts this by approving the agreement.

2.d) The Member declares that all personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and shall bear full responsibility for any damages arising from the submission of incorrect information.

2.e) If the Member wishes to initiate any legal transaction or purchase process based on the products or advertisements displayed on the site, they are solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements and procedures. mallypet.net shall have no obligation or liability in this regard.

2.f) All payments made via credit or debit cards are processed through the relevant bank, credit institution, or payment service provider, and are not carried out by malistore.com. mallypet.net does not store or record credit card information unless the customer consents to the “save card for fast shopping” option, in which case mallypet.net commits to protecting this information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.g) The Member agrees to act in accordance with the provisions of this Membership Agreement, all conditions stated on the website, applicable laws, and ethical standards when using the website and conducting transactions. The Member is legally and criminally responsible for all actions performed on the site.

2.h) While mallypet.net has taken precautions to protect the website from viruses and malicious software, the Member is responsible for securing their own device. By accessing the site, the Member agrees to bear full responsibility for any errors or damages that may affect their software or operating systems.

2.ı) Each Member is allowed to have only one account. If it is determined that a Member has multiple accounts, malistore.com reserves the right to close or suspend the fake accounts without prior notice.

2.j) malistore.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the information contained therein.

2.k) The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password), and any transaction made using their account is deemed to have been made by the Member. The Member cannot dispute this or deny responsibility.

2.l) mallypet.net reserves the right to modify, reorganize, or suspend the website and its services without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

2.m) If any Member commits illegal acts through the website or gains unauthorized benefits, mallypet.net reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation for any resulting damages.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.a) No materials found on www.mallypet.net — including but not limited to images, graphics, logos, and software — may be copied, modified, republished, uploaded, or otherwise reused without prior written permission. Any violation of this condition shall expose the member to legal liability.

4. Privacy and Cookie Policy
4.a) mallypet.net is committed to protecting members’ personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. By accepting this agreement, the member expressly consents to the collection and use of their personal data for this purpose.

4.b) mallypet.net reserves the right to share member data with official authorities upon request, in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.c) The website uses cookies to enhance user experience and to deliver personalized advertisements. Members may disable cookies via their browser settings, but doing so may negatively affect their browsing experience.

5. Force Majeure
5.a) If either party is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to force majeure, it shall not be held liable for such failure. The concept of force majeure shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable Turkish laws.

6. Termination of the Agreement
6.a) This agreement becomes effective as soon as the member completes the registration process, and it automatically terminates upon cancellation of membership or in the event of any termination conditions outlined in this agreement.

7. Commercial Electronic Messages
7.a) Unless the member opts out, they agree to receive promotional messages and notifications via email, SMS, or phone calls.
